territoy. Nevertheless, it would be possible to request in special
cases the authorization to use the vehicle when it is fulfilled by
the following requirements: To have rented in more than seven (7) occasions before the request, having demonstrated to be a good driver, payer and a responsible person . To be of recognized moral solvency and to present a letter of request explaining the motives of the trip, country or countries to visit and the trip duration.

to the Credit Card Company the amount charged or unfrozen through
the POS system. However, the time that the Credit Card Company takes to unfreeze the amounts varies from two (2) to twenty (20) days.

| You have one (1) extra hour after the time you received the vehicle. For example, if you rented the car at 3:00 PM, you may return it at 4:00 PM of the next day.
